Cancer Picked The Wrong Diva

Five years ago this brave, selfless, woman who never put herself first, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. She was a nurse for 20 years when she learned of the diagnosis. She has been fighting this battle with all that she has and beat the odds with having an only 1 percent survival rate. 2 years ago we found out the cancer metastasized to her brain, which then led to full brain radiation. Even when she found out she took it as another bump in the road and kept on fighting. Here we are two years, later one week ago. Her physical state drastically changed and was then diagnosed with a brain bleed and needed immediate surgery to relieve the pressure. Everything seemed to be going okay until the following Saturday she was unable to speak and was diagnosed with a second brain bleed. Her husband has never left her side, he has been with her mentally, emotionally and physically which has resulted in him missing work. Due to her condition worsening he has brought her tonight to Boston Mass General. Tina has her first little grandbaby on the way due Jan 1. We can't help them medically but we feel as though this is the help we can give them. We are trying to give back to her for all she has given us.
