Mike Noori Takes on McD's & Hunger

My name is Mike Noori, and I am a high stakes poker player in Southern California.  I accepted a bet to eat $1,000 worth of McDonalds food in 36 hours.  The bet has garnered a lot of attention, so my hope is that we can utilize this opportunity to raise money and awareness for hunger problems around the world.

My friend Phong "Turbo" Nguyen, also a poker player, travels to Vietnam every Christmas to buy supplies, food and clothes to give back to the needy there.  Turbo came from Vietnam with nothing, it's his way of giving back.

Every dollar contributed to this campaign will be matched by Turbo, dollar for dollar, up to $20,000.
Every dollar collected will go to increasing the amount of supplies, food and clothing that is given out this year.

Turbo will be withdrawing the money, added to his match, and then spent by him on supplies this December when he travels to Vietnam.  Every dollar collected will be spent on supplies, clothes and food.

This is not done through an official chairty, this is done directly by Turbo.  So there is a trust factor involved. If you know Turbo and are comfortable donating, it is appreciated.
