McKenna Grace Needs Your Help!

Mckenna is my daughter Macie's absolute BEST FRIEND in the world and her family has become like family to us. Yesterday we found out McKenna was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She will need treatments for about 2 years stating with intense in patient treatment followed by months of out patient treatments.
Last night they started the process by giving her a blood transfusion to help bring up her red blood cell count. Today she had her spinal tap done just to assure that it hasn’t traveled to her spine and her some bone marrow removed for further testing. She also received her first round of chemo. She is expected to remain hospitalized for 4-6 weeks while she receive treatment. No 6 year old should have to go through this!
The medical bills will add up quickly for what insurance doesn't cover as well as Kevin missing hours of work to be able to stay by Mckenna's side. Assistance with child care for their other children, meals for her parents while at the hospital, the list goes on and on for unforeseen expenses.
Please consider helping this family be at ease financially during this very difficult time so that they can focus on giving Mckenna the care she desperately and quickly needs. Kevin is the sole provider for their wonderful family of 6 and Jenna has given back so much to the community over the years. Jenna had decided to take on the role of Montgomery Township PTA President this upcoming school year and spent hours at the school this past year getting up to speed with all the subgroups of the PTA to ensure a smooth transition, all in addition to class parent for the kids classrooms.
This is an amazing family filled with love that needs the support of the community they call home to help them over this life hurdle. Please if you have the ability to contribute please do and share this page with as many people as you can. Macie needs her best buddy back and healthy as soon as possible!
