McPherson Family’s Medical Bills

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Morgan and I’m fundraising for my sister, my brother in law, and my beautiful baby girl niece!

In August, the McPherson family found out they were beginning their family and shortly after they found out they were having twins. The first trimester was not an easy one. Sierra had severe morning sickness that lead to a few ER visits and kept her home from work. Shortly after her second trimester began, baby girl Wyatt’s water broke. A few days later at 16 weeks old, we lost our sweet girl. While doctors told Sierra and Troy that baby Finley was most likely going to miscarry, baby Finley has beaten all odds and continued growing! Sierra has been on bed rest at home for the past two months. The last two months have been filled with complications and fears but also hopes and milestones for baby Finley. At 24 weeks, the very edge of viability, we thought baby Finley was trying to make her arrival. At 24 weeks and 6 days on Christmas Eve, baby Finley made her arrival at 5:32am. She was 1 pound 14 oz and 12.75 inches. She’s fighting every minute for her life in the NICU. Sierra had an emergency c-section and it went as well as to be expected. She is working on healing while being with her husband. Unfortunately Christmas morning Sierra’s mom (Finley’s Mormor), got sick and tested positive for COVID. To protect Finley, nobody including mom and dad will see baby for 10 days. Dec 31,2022 Finley was flown to St.Louis due to complications.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of Finley Tate McPherson after battling in the NICU the last several weeks. Due to health complications Finley’s body fought as hard as it could, but we now know she is perfect and whole in the arms of Jesus. While being loved on and held by her mom and dad they said goodbye Friday afternoon to their little girl. Finley was baptized and was welcomed into Heaven by her big sister Wyatt Rose.

We ask for prayers for Sierra and Troy during this heavy time for peace and comfort as they grieve alongside their family. The road ahead is hard and painful, and the medical bills are still piling up after many extensive surgeries and the trip to St Louis. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all for your endless love and support. We ask at this time to give Sierra and Troy time to heal.

Although it may not seem like it, Finley lived a perfect life. The first time she opened her eyes All she saw of this planet was Sierra and Troy, and all she knew was that they loved her. That girl lived a perfect life. We're the only ones who know it was brief. All she knew was them. And that they loved her.
