Help Anthony get a specific disability test

My son Anthony  has multiple disabilities and health issues at 3 years old he was diagnosed with a condition called premature adrenarche were his body grows quicker then his age.
Anthony is 8 years old with the body of a 13 year old.
And  just recently discovered  that Anthony allso has ADHD dyslexia and a severe learning disability this was devastating to hear since he has allready been through so much.
With all the test and psychologists appointments It is over $3000  to get him the spicifc disability test that he needs to help him succeed to the best possible person he can be 
Please help me help my little boy he deserves all the world has to offer him
