Eviction and Moving

Hi,

Those that truly know me knows that this is extremely hard for me to actually do. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant, me and my 2 year old live with their father. Back in March I lost my job and was unable to pay my portion of the rent. However what I didn't know was he was not paying rent at all. An eviction is set for $6,950.00 and this apt is in his name. He is leaving us high and dry and does not care we have no where to go. I began working in July, so I am trying to catch up on bills that I accumulated over the time I was unemployed. I was able to find a place to move but due to my low credit score I have to pay 1st month, last month and 1.5 sec deposit to move in. The total is 3,798.00 this total has to be paid by November 28th, 2022 to move in December 1, 2022 or I lose the house. I do not qualify for any assistance I have tried everything. There is more to this story but for the most part this is the summary of it. Any help is appreciated.
