Their Forever Family

They say it takes a village…
Four years ago, the journey of parenthood became a goal for Ryan and Megan Whitworth. Talks of what they would name their children were a common occurrence and planning their future was filled with excitement as dreams of the pitter-patter of tiny feet would hopefully fill their home soon.
But then a devastating loss came in the form of losing their first pregnancy when Megan was 12-weeks pregnant with a son they named Rowan in June 2016. A second miscarriage followed that fall. It was then three years of silence, unanswered questions and hopeful wishes as time passed.
However, the couple soon realized that life can change with one question.
In February 2019, the question was asked if the couple was open to adoption. Without hesitation, Ryan and Megan answered yes. They swiftly learned that a baby was coming into this world in August.
Excitedly, the couple currently looks forward to welcoming this little baby into their home in late summer.
Ryan and Megan have received incredible support since the beginning of their goal of becoming parents years prior. Endless prayers have been said for the young couple, and words of wisdom have been shared by friends and family as the Whitworths have walked the road of infertility.
Now, they need more help to reach the goal of covering the expensive fees of a private adoption.
A few of the items that will be covered with this fundraiser include: court costs and fees, along with home study costs.
For every person that donates, their name will be put on a puzzle piece, so one day Ryan and Megan can show their child the village it took to bring them home.
If money cannot be donated, Megan and Ryan ask for prayers during this exciting, but stressful and what can be a nerve-racking journey to grow their forever family.
