Mina's Transition Fund

Hi Everyone,

Many of you know me by way of organizing, many of you might know me by the fact that I've been in your life for forever, many of you might be my friends or coworkers. I've been undergoing a gender transition for the past couple years. This has been pretty obvious for some of you that have been constants in my life and this might come as news to you! Whichever way that may fall, I'm coming to this now because transitioning in this country is incredibly expensive. As with all healthcare costs there comes a price, and in America we must pay to insurance, to doctors, to psychiatrists, to landlords, to electrologists, and to others.

Transitioning for me has been a lot of work and taken a lot of time, love, and money from me. Thankfully I'm only running short on the latter of those three. If you've been stirred by the things I've said on stages, if I've helped you in some way, if you just love the person I am or the person I've become, if you support trans people in their struggle and development, then please donate. The money you provide will go toward my medical procedures (of which there are certainly many and many to come).
