Scouts' Surgery

Hi, my name is Scout. I'm a purebred mutt adopted from RezDawg Rescue . You probably know me walking the Weibe or giving you kisses at Carhenge. My mum found a lump on my back right leg in January. Luckily, she caught it early, and Dr. Smolen and his team at The Animal Hospital of Telluride surgically removed it, good dog, er I mean doc!

However, mum is sad again because she felt more lumps in my tum. Dr. Smolen biopsied the lumps in my low belly and unfortunately, they're malignant and it's more than just one tumor. Although I'm scared, he's sending me off to work with a specialist, Dr Imhoff, in Carbondale who we're hoping (paws crossed) can get all these doggone tumors out. Mum is currently teaching mental health community education classes, gearing up to get her MPH, and is really needing some support to finance this surgery. Any and all help is appreciated in helping me heel.
