Help me get my house cleaned

Hi! My name is Maggie, I’m 27, have 3 children who are 6, 7, and 8 and I have been fighting Ewing’s sarcoma for the last 18 months, unfortunately it has advanced to stage 4 this year. I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy, doing treatment 2 weeks on and 1 week off. The treatment is really rough on my body, leaving me mostly depleted physically before I even make it to the second week of treatment, by week 2 I’m usually in bed for 16-18 hours a day. As a single mom of 3, who are too young to do much other than pick up after themselves, it’s just me taking on the household responsibilities and this treatment has made it next to impossible to keep my home clean. Cleaning is something that drains my body and leaves me feeling faint and weak within 10-15 minutes. I have some assistance from family, but this need is something that exceeds their helping abilities. I desperately need my home cleaned and would be so grateful to anyone who can pitch in for me to hire a house cleaner for a one time clean to get things back to a manageable state. Having a dirty house also leaves me worried for my suppressed immune system. Anything given above my goal will be used towards purchasing air purifiers to try to keep the air and house cleaner. My only income currently is disability, and it doesn’t even cover most of our monthly essentials. I have tried other resources, but have met a dead end each time, so this is my last resort.
