Appendicitis & Diabetes

Hi, my name is Wilfredo and the reason for this go fund me is because I’m in need of help. I recently was admitted to the hospital due to appendicitis. (My appendix burst) To my surprise the doctors said it would need to be taken out right away, but then later said they’d like to hold off with as safer option. With antibiotics & CT guided aspiration/drainage I can put the high risk surgery on pause. So the abccess on my appendix that was leaking into my body was drained and I’d have to have a tube connected to my stomach with a draining bag that I’d have to walk around with until it is safe to remove my appendix. In addition to this sudden emergency, I have been living with diabetes for many years , and in recent years with peripheral neuropathy which is an every day struggle of permanent pain/nerve damage to my legs. With these recent medical issues it has prevented me from making a living and it has also put a major financial strain in my life. Having to have tube and bag attached to my stomach and then have surgery within 6 weeks I will not be able to financially recover for quite some time. Physically & financially. In the meantime I have applied for emergency Medicaid & state assistance through the hospital for food, but anyone who has gone through this process knows that it exactly that, a process. I’d like to ask for anything you could donate to help me in the meantime until I am able to get back on my feet as I will take time to heal & recover due to my diabetes.
