My name is Scott and I thank you for taking the time to read this as me and my father have been discriminated against by our landlord since the start of 2020

As they have allowed our neighbours to harass and abuse us right up to the present day, we live in a semi detached house with a party wall dividing our houses, The landlord has been aware for 5 years of the neighbour constantly double tapping on the living room walls and running up the stairs hitting and banging as we walk up to use the bathroom and the grandson putting up a middle finger to me which we caught on camera, I have sent many videos and emails to our landlord with no response back over the 5 years regarding this! also this happens all day every day and we have had the Police involved who warned them with an harassment warning and a public order offence to 2 members of that family in 2020 but still this carries on today and the Police have told us over the years to put in a formal complaint in over our landlord, As they have failed us in a duty of care and from 2020 up to this present day, Ive sent them proof of our health problems off many NHS professionals who have treated us and my father was seeing a MHICT nurse who complained to my landlord Telling them to help us as the neighbours are having a major impact on my fathers life.in 2021 I lost sight in my right eye when I was only 25 due to the stress from our neighbours to which like everything we have documented over the 5 years.

Also over the years we have a shared drive (We both have our own allocated side) with the neighbours the other side, Who have a reputation over the years we have sent cctv / audio proof to our landlord of the neighbour indecently exposing herself to my self and my father by a public path in-front of over 40 houses, Also we sent evidence of them kicking stones at our car and shouting defamatory and disgusting language at us constantly, we park 3 feet away from our back gate down the drive to try to avoid our neighbours and we also sent a rude gesture which ia classed as a public order offence directed to us and we sent that to our landlord, So for 5 years we have been harassed by both sides of our neighbours as the neighbour who we share the drive walks around our house illegally recording our up at our bedroom windows and living room windows and side window and front door and back gate for 15 months now and we sent all this cctv proof and audio to our landlord as we have done for 5 years and with all the above evidence still the landlord won't issue a formal complaint to our neighbours? 2 Police officers over the years who have warned both of our neighbours have contacted our landlord many times asking them to issue a formal complaint to each side of our home as this harassment will not stop unless our landlord does! but the police like us never get a response.

Because the landlord has failed to act over these years and also since 2021 to present day as a result of the phycological harassment my father is now receiving disability(mobility) after being assessed by a nurse as this is a result of how this has affected his health The deliberate double tapping and echoing of this noise is unbearable Even with the tv on you can still hear it over that, and the other side(neighbours) aiming their mobile phones through our living room windows.

Recently the Police officer issued our neighbours who we share a drive with an Abc contract as a result of her disgusting behaviour towards us, Since then she has broken every condition within a week and her and her family (boyfriend and son) keep hanging around still aiming there phones at our windows and when we leave ,many occasions they will come out shouting the most abusive language and threats directed at us, We have had our GP's and seven NHS professionals who have been treating us all contact our Landlord along with the Police and still the landlord won't help us as we have 5 years of emails and attachments of cctv and audio we have constantly sent them.

Even an anti social behaviour meeting was triggered by the Police officer who issued our neighbour the ASB and we gave our consent to this meeting which should've finally given us justice and in the meeting the investigating officer who was helping us wasn't invited and nor was we, as by law as the victims we should've been given 20 minutes to explain to the professionals what we've been going through and how this has impacted our daily lives but we wasn't told the date nor the time of the meeting, The landlord tried to turn this meeting on me and my father as 2 members of staff from our landlord withheld vey important evidence of all the emails/ attachments we sent them over the years and the landlord withheld this and told other professionals in the meeting that they havent recieved any emails from us which is withholding information from the meeting which we feel is criminal and discrimination towards us.

As our landlord also tried to do the same as this in 2021 trying to turn our mental health against us to which a NHS professional nurse had to correct them by saying you have no right to make that judgement which is a breach of their position, As you have failed them in a duty of care, Also we reached out to our landlords CEO as we sent her 18 emails consisting of 86 attachments over the years to make her aware of how her staff are delebriatly failing us as we are being discriminated against because of our health and we've never has a single word back off her, We put in formal complaint about 2 staff members who work for our landlord to which their was a stage I and stage 2 investigation conducted by themselves and after months they finally got back to us and surprise surprise they said theres no wrong doing and tried to offer us £75 .we gave them proof before they investigated to prove the serious deliberate failings but they ignored it

Hope this gives you an idea of what we have to go through everyday of our lives as with the walls being double tapped and constantly loud banging on one side and if we look out of our curtains our other neighbours are on our side of the drive aiming there mobile phones up and down our windows, If we walk out into our garden we have foul abuse from our neighbours with terrible language and hitting the fence and deliberately dropping buckets on there patio so we can't go anywhere around our house to relax, When we leave the house we have to leave quick as we feel we could be attacked by our neighbours

We really hope some of you amazing people can help us as we havent asked before as this is very hard to talk about but after half a decade of both our health which has been severely impacted we feel like we don't have any other choice and if you could help us in anyway it would be so appreciated, As we would like to raise some money so we can have a fresh start away and start a new life.we have evidence of all of the above and more if you need proof.
