Hi, my name is Shannon and I am raising money so that I can attend the 2024 Table Tennis European Youth Championships to represent Scotland. The Championships will be held in Malmo, Sweden.

I am hoping to raise £1500 to help me cover my preparation, equipment, travel, accommodation and food and drink costs. Thank you so much for considering supporting me. Any donation, small or large, is hugely appreciated.

I have played Table Tennis for 10 years now and over the years I am incredibly proud to have represented Scotland 8 times at different levels from my first Primary Schools in 2018 when I was only 11 years old, to playing in my first European Youth Championships in Belgrade, Serbia in 2022.

I am currently ranked #2 Junior Girl in Scotland and #1 Junior at my home club, Dumfries Table Tennis Club.

Unfortunately, over the past 18 months I have suffered from some injuries. This made me determined to battle back to fitness and this season I returned to competitive table tennis, resulting in my selection for Scotland. I have huge ambitions to perform at my highest level yet this summer and I need all the help I can get for me to be able to travel further afield for extra coaching but also to allow me to compete against world class athletes.
