My name is Ariche Joseph and I am a 15 year old linguistic specialist student, hoping to start my own food business.

As someone who has a passion for cross cultures, I aim to bring a taste of Caribbean flavours to my local area. I grew up watching my mum and grandma cook and have spent the past few years learning new flavours and techniques that I can now share with a wider community.

In order to do this, however, I need to be able to fund ingredients and travel, but I am not of an age where I can work yet.

I have a strong desire to cook and want to be able to share my talents with other people through food, a common an well loved medium.
