ME to get a good used car

HELLO M Y name is BILL and i need a car to get back to work a decent used car to get me through until end of year i'm 70 years old and ssi money is not enough bank account is negative 195$ because i had to pay certain bills cable and another life insurance

MY goal is $15,000 Car got totaled Christmas eve was perfect running condition over $1500 in repairs WE all heard the collison but no one went outside person took off.

Didnt call police because i was angry in shock and just sad so i never will ever double park when at nice's house again could have parked blocking HC ramp no one was out writing tickets.
