Help me to write a children’s foodie history book!

Hi I’m Dr. Nicole Caridad Ralston of Off the Eaten Path NOLA on Instagram, Tik Tok & Facebook. My foodie account’s vision is to uplift the culinary scene of New Orleans & BIPOC food history of our favorite foods. I’m hoping to bring the food history of New Orleans to the youngest members of our community via a children’s book! As a mom, and multiracial Latina, it’s important to me that our youth know the true history of BIPOC contributions to the culinary world. Help me raise money to hire Mahogany Pen Publishing, a Black woman-owned publishing company, to get started!
