Jason Boots

Hi, my name is Levi Boots. I am trying to do a fundraiser to help my father (Jason Boots) to be able to afford medical equipment due to him losing the ability to move. The doctors aren’t sure if it’s transverse myelitis or a stroke in the spinal cord that caused this to happen. He has regained movement of his left arm and left leg but it is very minimal at this point but we are thankful for that. It is important to have special equipment at home to be able to still function through the day such as being able to shower, use the rest room, eating, hygiene, go outside, etc. We would use the money to help pay for equipment to make his days easier, fuel for doctor appointments, hotel stays while out of town or any other unexpected expenses that may come out of this
