To help with the horses rescued from the flood

Yesterday morning we rescued 10 horses ranging from foals to the elderly. Many were up to their necks in flood water. We have temporarily stabled them at our farm in Ashley. They are now all safe, warm and fed with cozy beds and unlimited hay.

We would like to help take the financial pressure away from the owners, who are worried sick about their fur babies and about the costs of temporary care and replacement items. They have lost everything their horses own in the flood and will need to replace all of this including bedding, hay and tack.

We know times are difficult but if you have anything spare to help at this heartbreaking time we would greatly appreciate your generosity, however small, it all adds up.
