Meaghan Chatfield Memorial Fund

It is with great sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beautiful Meaghan Chatfield. Meaghan passed away on Friday 19th July surrounded by her loved ones.

Meaghan was a loving mother to Matia, Shannagh, Tamryn and Taquisha. Beloved partner, cherished grandmother, a loved daughter, sister, Aunty and friend to many.

Meaghan was the most caring, loveable woman with such a vibrant spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering kindness which touched the lives of all who knew her. Meghan would always go above and beyond to help others - she was definitely one in a million.

I have created this GoFundMe page to rally support for Meaghan's family during this difficult period. Your contributions will directly assist with funeral costs.
