Medical 14 hour surgery on my back

Hi my funds are needing for a 14 hour 360 back surgery. Neurosurgeon will go in first thru my left side then flip me over and go in my spine. I have gotten where I can't walk,stand,drive for more then 8 miles w/o having to pull over and rest my legs. I have no type of social life. I have fallen 2 to 4 times a month and I can't get up without my son to help me get up my surgery will be on November 20th please me. I also am requesting prayers. Thank you.
