Medical & Funeral Expenses for Ike Jenkins

Ike Jenkins or Mr. Jenkins/Mr. J, as some of you know him, was an all around amazing person. He was everyone's favorite teacher, a mentor, a role model, a great friend and family member, an amazing husband and so much more. He loved music, specifically jazz, and everything about it, from writing, teaching, performing and conducting. Even though Duke Ellington drove him crazy at times, he sure did love his cat. He adored his best friend and the love of his life, his wife Cynthia and they shared so many wonderful memories on their many travels together. He touched the lives of so many with his sincere compassion, love and inspiration. Knowing Ike Jenkins was a honor to all. I can speak for everyone in saying that the news of his loss was shocking, heartbreaking and devastating to all. This earth lost an amazing person but we all know heaven gained an angel. 

Ike had just returned home from a long stay in the hospital from heart surgery and his departure was sudden and unexpected. As you can imagine, there are not only large expenses involved in funeral costs but there are also large medical bills still to be paid from his recent surgery. All of the funds organized will greatly help Cynthia Jenkins with all of the large expenses that are now in front of her. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
