Medical help after dirt bike accident

Patrick Mendele got into an accident on his dirt bike Saturday September 30th. He has orbital and sinus fractures, his right arm is broken and his lower back is fractured as well. With this unexpected event Patrick will be missing work for surgeries and physical therapy. The money we raise is going towards any expenses with bills, him, his girlfriend and their son.
