Medical and daily living expenses for Joe Noviello

Hi, my name is Kayla and I am starting this fundraiser for my family. I’m sure many of you have been following my mom’s timeline and stories on her Facebook page about what has been going on with my father but if not here’s a little back story..

Starting November 26th my Dad went to the ER for what they thought was a kidney stone. 10 days later he still wasn’t feeling better and went back to the ER and they told him he now had a UTI. After another 10 days he still wasn’t feeling better so he went back and they admitted him and told him he was in acute kidney failure. They also discovered at that time that he had an enlarged prostate. He had 2 procedures to determine if his bladder could still function and it couldn’t so he had to get a catheter. Many doctor appointments later and months later he finally has a surgery scheduled on 02/02 to take care of the prostate to then work on getting bladder function back to normal. He has atleast a 12 week recovery time and hasn’t been able to work since November. Leaving my parents with one income for daily living expenses such as rent , utilities, other bills and food along with new medical expenses as they were just told the surgery would not be covered by insurance and needs paid out of pocket. Getting the surgery is not an option as it would put him into kidney failure if he doesn’t get it. Whatever is in your heart to help out is greatly appreciated. Any little bit helps.
