Medical and financial help for Matt Kohler

Hi my name is Jay Klavetter. I’m starting this Go Fund Me Fundraiser for my cousin Matt Kohler to help with the two surgeries he has ahead of him.

The first surgery is scheduled for March 11th, 2022, and the second surgery will be six weeks later. Matt will not be able to work during this time as he will be recovering from his surgeries. He will be off work for 12 weeks. This is why I am reaching out to all Kohler relatives and friends to help assist Matt. He will be going without his works medical insurance once he stops working, and needs financial help for his rent, daily expenses, and additional medical expenses. Matt has always been willing to help others at the drop of a hat, but during this time he needs our help to get through this difficult time in his life. Please help us reach this goal for Matt!
