Medical and Financial Support for Jim Munce

I would like to introduce Jim Munce, who is a dear long-time family friend.

 

Jim’s health took an unexpected decline in 2020, and was finally diagnosed in September of 2021 with colon cancer. He had three tumors on his colon and one on his liver. After a series of chemotherapy, Jim underwent a colectomy which included the removal of three tumors in March and is now back on a chemotherapy regimen to prepare for upcoming surgery to remove ½ of his liver.

 

Jim is a master-level self-employed general contractor. Over the past 20 years, Jim has humbly and generously given his time and talent to not only our church but many of our homes as well. Because of his giving heart, he provided phenomenal workmanship at a below-market rate.  Now is the time for Jim to receive some help. Many of us have provided as much support as we can, but it is nowhere near what is needed.

 

Jim has been unable to work since he became ill in 2020. He is not married and supports his special needs, adult son. Not only is he lacking funds to support the two of them, but there are significant medical bills due now and are expected to double with more chemotherapy and upcoming surgery.

 

Please join us as we continue to pray for Jim’s healing as well as provision for medical expenses and support. Any financial assistance received is with humility and gratitude.
