Medical and Funeral Expenses for Wade Collins

The beloved husband and best friend of our dear friend Twyla passed unexpectedly on October 1st.

Wade Collins was a native Colorado working cowboy. Wade was loved by all and loved all. He loved life, working cattle, hunting, fishing, making beautiful artwork, and most of all he loved his friends and family. His artwork is a record of over 30 years of cowboying in some of Colorado’s most pristine country. Wade’s artwork reflects the colorful people he met along the trail, the hundreds of horses he raised and worked, and the countless challenges of raising cattle in the mountains of Colorado. Wade worked in oils, watercolor, pencil, bronze, and relief carving in stone.  (please read full obituary below)

The Reason We Are Fundraising
As many of you know, Flight For Life is a very expensive medical necessity. This medical bill, along with other medical bills and the funeral expenses, not to mention  caring for the ranch Twyla and Wade worked so hard to make a success, will be hard for Twyla to handle on her own without a little help from her friends like you.

Wade was born on June 25th, 1959 to Don and Judy Collins. Wade is survived by his wife Twyla Walker-Collins, his parents Don and Judy Collins, his brother Russ Collins, and his sister Colleen Green, her husband Randy Green, and their son James Green, three children, and six grandchildren. Daughter Susan Collins, daughter Christa Collins-Heikes, her husband Travis Heikes, and their two daughters Codie Heikes and Marrissa Heikes. Son Warren Wade Collins Jr., his wife Sarah Collins, and their children Hailey Collins, Lane Collins, and Gracie Collins. And his two step-children Jamie Livings and Gabe Mackinnon. And Jessica Phillips, her husband Jeff Phillips, and their children Hailey Collins, Hadley Livings, and Clara Phillips.
