Medical and Future Funeral Costs for Deborah Emery

Hi everyone, we’ve set up this go fund me to help cover medical expenses and future funeral expenses for my grandmother, Deborah Emery. She is currently in the icu with a very poor prognosis. Her oxygen levels are not staying stable without being on a bi-pap in the hospital, which she finds incredibly uncomfortable. Instead of using the bi-pap she has opted for “comfort care” that will essentially keep her comfortable as her condition continues to decline. 

Majority of funds will be used once she passes to transport her from Nevada to Maine where her burial plot is. Her wish is to be buried next to her late husband in Maine. We are doing everything we can to honor her wishes, but finances remain our biggest obstacle. In total, we are expecting about $15k in fees that need to be paid up front in order to get her to her final resting place. Once her funeral expenses can be paid for, all other funds will go directly to her medical bills. We are exhausting all of our options to pay these expenses.

My grandmothers strong faith and trust in the lord has kept her emotionally comfortable and at peace. She is in high spirits and is trusting the lord to take her at precisely the right time.
