Medical and Unexpected Move Recovery

Hi there. I hate that it's come to this, but I have no other option but to ask my friends for help. We recently had to move due to a situation with our neighbor that made our residence unsafe to be in. During the process of a very sudden move we were not prepared for financially, I fell ill due to the stress of moving in a record heat wave and have ended up in the emergency room three times in the last two months. They have since discovered I have a stomach ulcer, along with multiple ovarian cysts, and require further monitoring.

These two things in combination have driven me and my fiance to near bankruptcy. Our cards are maxed, I had to take out a loan, and we have completely run out of options for assistance. Our next round of bills are due in about 1-2 weeks, and as it is now I won't be able to pay a single one of them. All money contributed will be broken down accordingly:
