Medical Assistance for Erin Glass

Erin was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday, the 5th, with an infection that has quickly turned into the flesh eating bacteria, Necrotizing Fasciitis. Since her diagnosis Erin has undergone three surgeries to remove the dead tissue as a result of this bacteria. Unfortunately, at this time, the bacteria has not been completely removed. Erin will undergo daily surgeries to continuously remove dead tissue until they have gone in two days in a row and not found any more infection. The time frame to reach recovery is currently unknown. It could take a few days or a few weeks in order to get the bacteria under control. 

As she stays in the hospital fighting this infection we ask for donations to assist with her living expenses, ensuring that she will not have to stress about losing her apartment, as well as her medical bills. Although a goal has been set for the GoFundMe, we are unsure of what the total costs will be as we are unsure how long she will be admitted and in recovery.
