Medical assistance needed for Leo Widberg

This is Jonas Czernyson, long time horse trainer in the US, originally from Sweden. Many people in the racehorse industry are very familiar with the name “Leo Widberg”. He has been the blacksmith to many great horseman and also horses. Unfortunately, Leo is facing a battle with Stage 4 Prostate cancer. Diagnosed this past Fall, Leo continued to travel and shoe numerous horses, all while going through treatment. As this disease proceeded to consume Leo, the medical expenses also continued to climb. I am reaching out to the racing community asking for help for one of our own. Leo devoted much time and energy to some great trainers such as Soren Nordin, Jan Johnson (Continental Farm), Per Eriksson, Ake Svanstedt, just to name a few. He was and is a big part of putting some all time great horses on the track. So please consider sending a donation in his time of need, any amount adds up.
