Medical bill after Stroke

Hi everyone,
as many of you know, I suffered a stroke while visiting in France. I am now hospitalized and staying for a while for rehab. I have paralysis on my right arm and leg and will require a lot of rehab. Contrary to what many of you think, healthcare isn’t free here, it cover basic stuff but doesn’t cover all the scans and mri I had to do which add up I the $10000 It is embarrassing asking for financial help but I have no other choice at this point. I wild appreciate anything from you.
