Support for Olivia

Wednesday August 21st at 1:30 in the morning my girlfriend Olivia was shot point blank outside of her home. She had just got done with work and was parking her car when two men approached with bandanas on their faces. As she tried to drive off, one of the men put a gun to the window and fired. The bullet went from her shoulder all the way down to her chest, stopping just four centimeters from her heart. Anyone who knows Olivia will tell you that she is one of the toughest, kindest, and most caring individuals that you will ever meet. What happened to her is beyond wrong. It is monstrous. I am sick to my stomach as I watch one of the people I love most lie in pain knowing that after all is said and done she will be left with possibly a bullet next to her heart and a massive hospital bill. See although Olivia busts her ass off almost 6 days a week she unfortunately can not afford insurance. I have never created one of these before and am not sure what it will accomplish but I am hoping for an act of human kindness. We need your help and luckily Olivia does not use Facebook because if she did, she would never allow me to post this. She is NOT a person to take handouts but sometimes you need help and I'm asking all of you for yours. Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated and go towards her hospital bills plus any expenses that she will need while being out of work. UPDATE- Olivia is on the road to recovery and is doing well, in fact it is incredible how well she's doing. She is soooooo strong. That being said we still have not received all of the hospital bills and we believe it is going to be much worse than we ever anticipated. I cannot even begin to explain what all of your support has meant to us. It is because of you and only because of you that we were able to maneuver our way through this nightmare. I wish there were words to describe what your support has means to us. If you have donated or shared to Olivia's cause I cannot thank you enough, you are angels. Once again I am reaching out to ask for anyone and everyone to share this page. I hate being this kind of person but the truth is WE NEED YOUR HELP and I was raised with the belief that when in need, it cannot hurt to ask. I would greatly appreciate any help or support.
