Medical bills and cremation for Greg Cable

Update--University of Utah has agreed to drop the remaining balance of Greg's bill to zero. We now only need to cover his cremation expense and what it will take to get paperwork filed. Kasia and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your donations, kind words and support.

Please help us pay for Greg's final expenses. While he had insurance that covered a lot of his medical bills, there is still over $6,000 due in out of pocket costs and over $1,000 in cremation costs.  Because Kasia and Greg weren't legally married she will receive no survivor benefits. Any amount donated will help, nothing is too small.
