Medical bills for Amethyst and Andrea
Donation protected
It hurts me to do this as I am not one to usually ask for help, but our little girl really could use some help.
On Tuesday April 16th I got a call from my wife saying she was having pains and that she was bleeding. I thought that we had lost our little girl. I rushed home from work as quickly as possible. About 10 minutes before I got home our 7 yr old daughter called me and I could barely understand what she was screaming. It was, the baby is out the baby is out! I heard my wife in the background yelling to call 911. As I arrived home I saw my wife giving chest compressions and CPR to our daughter that she had just given birth to on our bathroom floor. Luckily the paramedics and fire dept were right behind me. Andrea and Amethyst were taken to the nearest hospital and eventually Amethyst was air lifted to the hospital she is at today when her vitals had settled.
Andrea was kept overnight after her mandatory surgery to remove her placenta.
Today Amethyst is doing great. She has a little bleeding in her brain and a small heart murmur.
We are asking for this help as we are unclear as to what my insurance will pay. Literally anything is of help even if you can only afford to spare a dollar or two. We know that times are hard right now and I am working full time and driving gigs on the side to help us prepare us for when she is released. We are expecting for her to be in the nurse's care until she is full term at the end of July.
Please share our story with your friends/family and thank you so so much to everyone who has decided to donate or even just spread our story.
