Medical Bills for Frank Bates

Hi Everyone, Thank you so much for the prayers, support, concern & the incredible love shown to my cousin, Frank and our family. As many of you know my cousin was in a heartbreaking incident that happened on the beach in Racine. There was a dispute amongst several gang members when shooting started. Frank was one of several innocent, young people shot in the cross fire. Frank fought for his life for the next 24 hours after the shooting. Going through surgery after surgery.. we lost him for a moment but he fought and his heart started back up again. The bullet went through his arm hitting a major artery along with passing through his heart and his lung. By the grace of God we still have our Frankie with us. He is still in ICU with the constant care from his amazing doctors, nurses and his sister Rashaun and his mom, Aunt Rachal, by his side. I have been stuck trying to figure out what I can do for my family at this very hard time to make things a little bit easier. My hands were tied because there’s not much that I could do but pray. He’s been in and out of surgeries, he’s going through therapy to learn to walk again and I know my family could use any help at all for his medical bills. So I started this gofundme for them in attempt to take a little weight off their shoulders. All donations will go directly to Frank and his medical bills. Whatever it is that you find in your heart to donate will be appreciated a great deal! We are so grateful to have him still here with us and we want his recovery to go as smooth as it possibly can.
