Medical Bill & Dental Care. Help me Smile Again

Hi as many of you already know I’m in remission from battling stage 3 breast cancer. I had two surgeries and now I’m trying to get my life back to normal.

After going through chemotherapy and radiation, I now have a lack of bone marrow And my teeth have been highly affected by this. I’m basically creating this GoFundMe to help me smile again and to get the things I need.

Earlier in 2024 I had experienced lymphedema in my left arm, hand and my left leg. My medical insurance does not cover the compression sleeves or my dental care. I still don’t have a car and this recession has made it very difficult. Because I work my income is above the FPL limit (federal poverty limit) and I do not qualify for medical. I have to pay out of pocket for new health insurance my employer does not offer benefits and now I owe the hospital a little over $5,000. For my last infusion I had received. I was shocked to find out medical or covered California will not cover this. On top of this I just moved into a new apartment and all

my income goes straight to rent, food and my common bills such as my cell phone and pg&e. I have nothing left over I barley can pay the monthly amount for my health insurance.

My small business brujaroots has helped me get by but ealier in the year my health had declined and I was unable to lift or carry things and do pop ups or street vending.

I’m reaching out to my community and loved ones for your help. Please help me smile again and get the things I need to have my life back to feeling some kind of normal.
