Medical care for cat and kittens

I and my mother have started taking care of a stray mother cat and two of her kittens, they Require checkups and vaccines but we're not in a stable financial situation to fully take care of the veterinary bills for vaccines and spaying/neutering. It would be greatly appreciated to get any help for this family of cats.
