Medical Care for Davidson Douglas

Unfortunately, Davidson 'Dave' Douglas has suffered 2 strokes within the last 4 months. Dave's daughters are asking for help from his community to cover 24-hour medical care for Dave, including physical therapy and speech therapy.

"We are seeking financial support for our father, Davidson Douglas, who is a well-known radio personality, the "Third World Man" who has touched our lives with his music and voice for decades. He is currently in need of 24-hour care after experiencing a severe stroke, which has left him unable to communicate (written or verbal). This whole situation is very depressing for him, as he is unable to care for himself and needs constant care.

Unfortunately, his childhood home was ruined during Hurricane Irma and is not in a suitable condition for him to live in. This has added extra stress to an already difficult situation. Our father's medical expenses are quite high, and as such, we are reaching out to businesses and people in the BVI and beyond in the hope of securing financial assistance to help cover these costs.

Our father's music and voice have touched so many lives, and it would be a great honor if his community could come together to support him in his time of need.
