Medical Care! Terrible accident

Hi Friends! February 25th 2023, I was in a very bad Car accident that left me with 4 teeth missing 2 chipped at the bottom and 2 fractured ribs! I’m not able to fully work at the moment. In need of help with Medical Care. The implants are costly and I have no insurance!
