Medical Cost Help for the Simonalle Family
Donation protected
November 4th was the start of this painful journey when I contracted Fournier's gangrene, a form of Necrotizing Fasciitis. I almost died, but fought hard to survive and begin the long road to recovery.
I spent 103 days in a hospital and rehab facility while caring for the extensive wounds and learning to once again walk and gain back my strength. These days were often filled with pain and fear, but I never gave up and kept positive. The care I received at the facilities was outstanding and put me on the right track.
In all of this I lost my job and only income for my family. My husband is my sole care giver right now and our 13 year old daughter helps when she is not in school. As you can imagine, the stress of the job loss on top of the mounting medical bills is quite stressful.
Any funds we raise will help us purchase the medical supplies not covered by insurance, but I need in order to change the wound dressings and keep them clean. We will also use it to help us purchase groceries as needed.
We really did not want to reach out for help, but we realize that funds will soon dwindle and we need to be sure we will be ok.
We thank you in advance for any donations and sharing of this campaign.
With our love,
The Simonalle Family
