Medical Emergency for Nandry

Hello,

my name is Nandry, I am 22 years old, and if you follow my account, you may already know that I have completely lost vision in my right eye. For those who don’t know me, I spent a year and a half creating fake leaks for JJK and MHA.

Before my diagnosis, I had many creative projects in the works, including a manga and a JJK spin-off, which I have sadly had to put on hold because of my worsening vision.

On December 2nd, I was diagnosed with keratoconus, stage 3 in my right eye and stage 2 in my left. This disease causes a progressive deformation of the cornea, and without immediate intervention,

I risk becoming completely blind.

My ophthalmologists have given me a 2-to-3-month deadline before my condition progresses to stage 4, an irreversible phase where vision loss becomes permanent.

To save my sight, doctors have recommended a series of procedures:

Cross-linking to strengthen the cornea in my right eye: €1,200

Rigid lenses to stabilize my left eye: €300

PRK (refractive surgery) on both eyes: €3,000 to €6,000

The total estimated cost is between €4,500 and €8,400, excluding additional expenses (consultations, medications, postoperative care).

Unfortunately, coming from Madagascar, a country with limited medical and financial resources, I have to undergo these procedures in France. Even after selling my father’s car, we were only able to cover the cost of plane tickets. It is impossible for me to afford these surgeries to save my vision.
