Medical Emergency- no insurance due to move

Donation protected
Hello my name is Stephanie. My family and I just moved across the country from Ohio to Washington. And unfortunately, shortly after we arrived in Washington. I fell ill. This move was already quite hectic as we ended up meeting a winter storm in Montana (took us 2 days to get through Montana)
For the whole story I'll do a short and sweet as possible.
I had a nissen fundoplication with hiatal hernia repair on July 15 2023. It seems heavy lifting/unpacking last Saturday may have reopened that hernia, the new surgeon states im quite hypermobile and at risk because of that). So by Tuesday early morning (10/31) i was quite unwell feeling. Thought id pulled a muscle hiking the day before. I did carry colton for a few minutes of fun as well. This allowed my stomach to completely perforate into my diaphragm and mildly collapse both lungs. We sought treatment at the local hospital on vacation (Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles) who sat us in the waiting room for over 12 hours and stated i was medically stable enough (at points i was literallysobbing and crying out in pain while waiting over 2 hours for nausea or pain medication). Got sent home with zofran for nausea and recommendationto return if no improvement). Wednesday no better, pain increasesing decided to go to Port Townsend hospital 1 hour and 25 minutes away (we did stop at OMC to see waiting room completly overflowed again). Within 2 hours they had the CT ran a chest xray to confirm, and started calling around to find a surgeon and bed with availability.in the interim it was recommended that an NG tube be placed to deflate some of that gastric pressure that was stuck. Thursday 11/2 Overlake Medical Center accepted me. Arrived in Bellevue (2 hours from Port Townsend) and had a repeat CT scan as mine from OMC was missing. Friday Nov 3rd (Happy Anniversary Hunny) i underwent emergent surgery.
During the surgery things became a bit dicey as they were inflating my pleural cavity to stay robotic, my lungs collapsed. Dr Haque did a fantastic job of not have to convert to an open procedure, however that has definitely contributed to more pain and tenderness.
As of now my pulseox isn't fully cooperating, when it dips into the high 80s they come sit me up in bed. Still on the pain pump as my left chest hurts the most and is draining the most. That is where my stomach ended up was in my left chest cavity. When pulling the stomach back down through the diaphragm, the right lung collapsed too. But drainage is minimal from that one. Definitely dizzy when my pulse ox drops. I'm on my 4th IV in 5 days. Hoping I can be free of these soon.
However I had a setback on advancing my diet. So back down to clear liquids and ice chips only. I get the fancy leg pumper/socks to prevent blood clots, as well as an iv sock to hopefully keep that from being pulled on.
The boys are hanging in there, but all in all it has been scary for us all.
I dont typically ask for assistance, however this is now pushing out Steve and Is first day of employment here. As well as the extra travel expenses we could not anticipate with bed availability. It is a 40 minute drive one way from our new home to the hospital I am at currently.
We have reached out to social work at all 3 hospitals as our insurance doesn't start for 60 days after we start employment for charity care. The big expense lies in gas gas/food/travel.any little but helps and is greatly appreciated.
