Medical Expense for Rob Mooney

Hi. I'm Heather Colondres. Rob Mooney is my brother-in-law. I am married to his brother Edwin.

As you may know, our brother Rob Mooney suffered a massive cerebrum stroke followed by brain surgery back in October. There have also been a few hospitalizations since for side effects stemming from the stroke. He has made tremendous progress in his recovery. However, he has been left unable to work. Rob’s mobility is still compromised but he continues to make progress in physical therapy.

Liz works 11 hours a day to support them, but they now have just one income and many unexpected medical expenses. Insurance does not cover everything. While Liz is working, Rob is left alone at home. Something that would help Rob regain some normalcy and freedom would be a medical scooter. These scooters are not fully covered by insurance.

Please consider helping Rob and Liz cover these unexpected medical expenses that they have already incurred and will still incur going forward. Rob still has a long recovery ahead of him.
