PLEASE help me help him!

Hello everyone my name is Crystal Crosby and I am raising money for my son Cameron Thomas. After a lot of praying and talking to God here I am. It is with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes that I even have to make this page. Cameron was diagnosed with Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes on April 26, 2021. Since his diagnosis Cameron has been in and out of the hospital with DKA (diabetic keto acidosis) which can be life threatening and requires being put into ICU. His endocrinologist (diabetes doctor) has HIGHLY recommended insulin pump therapy which is very expensive and Cameron has no health insurance and doesn’t qualify for any government help. On September 19, 2023 Cameron was admitted to MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina) with a life threatening condition. He has developed a vessel issue in his brain that has caused bleeding on the brain and massive seizures (all of which can kill him we’ve been told) that is caused by his diabetes. It has been the fight of his life so far! Cameron is now on several seizure medications due to this condition. We have been in the hospital 8 days now and they are still fighting to control his diabetes. If Cameron does not receive an insulin pump and glucose monitors to help control his sugar then unfortunately diabetes is going to win this battle he’s fighting so hard to win. His best chance at living a full life is the insulin pump and monitors. So I’m reaching out to you all to please help me save my son if you can. I’m a desperate mom just trying to keep her son safe…alive! He is only 26 years old and has two small boys that need their daddy.
