Medical expenses and maintain insurance

Hi, my name is Vincent Maldonado, I am nirn and raised here in Austin TX, I am 55 years old and worked all my life since 15 years old, i gave work 2 jobs in those years, last year on July 29th I had one of 7 surgeries on my foot, thanks to doctor's and therapy they saved my foot, I have been wheelchair bound since then my short term disability is now done and no longer getting financial help from it. I am scheduled back to work on May 31st but my bills have been high and hard to maintain I am asking for help just til I get back on my feet and return to work.. I need to pay an insurance deductible to maintain my therapy and some household bills.. I normally don't ask because of my pride but it's gotten overwhelming.. thank you in advance..
