Help Needed for Medical Expenses & Save My Home

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Mindy. I was a Medical office coordinator, EMT,and X-ray tech during Covid. I helped in the front lines of the pandemic caring for patients and people in need. I love helping people. It is one of my greatest joys.

I also enjoy learning new things and because of that I have led an adventurous life using my skills to help people achieve their dreams. Such as working (for free) with a documentary team in Yellowstone finding undiscovered waterfalls and gathering information for artist to create paintings of them for museums. I volunteered with Dive Alliance helping disabled veterans through SCUBA diving and other recreational therapies. I love being able to be of service and using my skills in medicine, cooking, mechanics, construction and engineering mindset to solve problems.

I have contracted a form of COVID that has attacked my brain. Due to its aggressive nature and to keep from getting premature dementia required me to stop working to focus on battling this disease. It is a very thin line of keeping my brain active and exercising and overdoing it and making it crash. If I don't keep my brain active, it starts deteriorating, but if I work it too much, it exhausts, and the disease overtakes it again.

I've had this since January 2022 and had to stop work in August 2022. I was making a good recovery until I got COVID again in January 2023.

All my benefits ended in February, and I'm still waiting to hear back on social security disability and other programs that could help keep me afloat till I'm better. My Neurologist and other medical professionals feel I can make a full recovery but I have to be patient and minimize stress. Not having income with bills, repossession, and foreclosure looming over me is making it difficult to minimize stress. So, I'm reaching out to my friends, family, and community.

I will be using the money to pay my overdue mortgage payments, car payments, medical bills, travel expenses, medications, and continuing treatment.

I built this house with my own two hands, so it is not something I want to lose. I would really appreciate your help in saving it.
