Medical expenses

I was in a freak car accident.   I was hit by a treadmill that fell off a truck and was severly injured and totaled my car the at fault driver didnt stop so it has to go under my insurance I had 10,000 pip which was spent the first night on the ambulance and first night at the hospital which i owe a 2,000 copay on so I have not been able to continue treatment as i cant go I need medical treatment that i have not gotten as i am over the pip and have to cover everything else i need which i want a catscan. I am in so much pain it hurts to walk or sit< I have a concussion with vertigo which has kept me sick this entire time I had chemical burns from the airbags< I cant turn my neck or lift my left arm above my head my spine and back is injured i was told i need to see a spine injury Dr. and i have ptsd and have severe stomach pain from the seatbelt. I have had a non stop migraine that will not go away and my blood pressure has been through the roof since the accident and i dont have high blood pressure its very scary not knowing what is wrong I feel like ive been hit by a treadmill and run over by a semi ! its been very hard on me physically and mentally. I didnt have rental car reimbursemnt coverage so it has cost almost 600. for two weeks and counting until i can afford to get into something else and pay the deductible ect. I was hoping the at fault driver would come forward or be cought and I wouldnt need help at all but after suffering for two weeks i know i cant do it on my own and need help I am not one to ask for any help ever but after suffering and running out of options I have humbled myself to ask for help that I truly need I wouldnt be asking if I had any other options I am lost and I am touched by everyones prayers please keep them coming and thank you so much for your uplifting words and concern for me I truly appreciate all of you!
