Medical expenses for Amy and Cooper

Donation protected
As many of you know, Amy and Cooper lost their baby, Walker Daniel Lamberton, on July 2nd. He was born at 28 weeks and 6 days. From a result of some unforseen complications, prior to being born, Amy was admitted to St. Marys on 6/29/23 for inpatient observation. Amy and Walker were being monitored twice daily for Walker's movements and heart rate. For the first couple of days, things were going as good as could be expected since this was unknown territory going in. On July 2nd, their son's heart wasn't showing to be in the best condition so they were rushed in for an emergency c-section and Walker Daniel Lamberton was born. They were told that he would go straight to the NICU for care to one day be strong enough to come home. Unfortunately, their hearts were broken when they were told that he was suffering from an unknown condition as well and he would not survive. Everyone fought as hard as they could to help him get intubated but due to his deformity and unknown condition, he could not be saved. Amy and Cooper got to hold their son for the duration of his life until he passed in their arms at 11:50 pm July 2nd, 2023. They do not know what happened and everyone was caught by surprise once he was born. Therefore, additonal testing is being done via pathology of the placenta and a tissue biopsy. We don't know how much all of this will cost and their hearts are still in pieces. While they're still mourning the passing of their son and trying to balance the process of life, it is with a heavy heart that I am asking for financial help for Amy and Cooper to help with their expenses which will include testing to learn why this happened to their amazing baby boy as Cooper has had to take time off during this difficult time in their lives. I am asking for everyone to give what they can and if they can't, please share this link and keep Amy, Cooper and their family in your prayers.
