Medical Expenses for Kathy Bennett

Hi there, I am asking for your help for expenses for Kathy & Claude Bennett. A friendly and smiling face everywhere she goes, most all folks around these parts know Smiling Kathy!

As many of you know, Kathy has had to have 5 surgeries in the past two weeks. She had infection all in her body due to diabetes, two abscesses were in her spine and it went to her brain and down her left leg - unfortunately She had her foot and part of her leg amputated. We almost lost her but Thank GOD - by his Mercy & Grace - she is alive and well today to share her testimony.

She has been in Rapides Hospital for two weeks today and will be transferred to Cornerstone Rehabilitation Facility in West Monroe for rehab for the next 6 weeks. Her precious husband, Claude has been by her side every day and has not been able to work his part time job.

The next two months is very crucial for Kathy to heal, rest and learn to walk again with a new prosthetic leg.

Anything you can give today would be a blessing for this family and even if you are not able to give, they would appreciate your thoughts and prayers during this time of healing and recovery.
