Medical Expenses for Laura Goetz

Laura Goetz, mom of Jackson and Alec, wife of Bob, remains hospitalized and in critical condition after complications from emergency hernia surgery.

She was admitted to the hospital on September 12, at which time she was found to have a large hernia that had destroyed a part of her colon, requiring emergency surgery. After suffering complications with her heart, kidneys, and lungs, she continues to need a ventilator to help her breathe, 2 months after her surgery.

Her prognosis is currently unknown.

The family has accrued extensive debt, and can use the help of family and friends to reduce the financial burden they continue to face. Laura's health insurance has not covered her care over the last month and is currently denying coverage for a rehabilitation facility skilled in ventilator support.

We are asking for your support to reduce their financial burden during this difficult time. All money donated will be used to pay current and future medical bills, as well as reduce related debt.
